SoL is a 46 unit single family detached gated community with common-use open space including a private dog park.
The home layouts were designed with input from multiple focus groups held with the LGBT Community.

Located at the northeast corner of Avenida Caballeros and Amado Drive, “SōL” will cater to the design preferences and spirit of the Palm Springs LGBT community. Through multiple focus groups held with members of the community, we have developed the look and feel, right down to the private dog park.

SōL will feature 46 beautiful detached homes offering gourmet kitchens, two large master bedroom suites and large entertainment areas both inside and out. Each home will come fully landscaped including a pool and spa. The two-story homes will range in size from approximately 2,300 to 2,700 square feet and each home will allow the homeowner to purchase a private rooftop deck to fully take advantage of the amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Pricing will be in the low to mid $500,000, depending on option packages.
